General Terms

You will not engage in any conduct that we feel restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying our services. You agree to use our SEO services only for lawful purposes. Revenue Increasers reserves the right to prohibit any conduct, communication or conduct it deems to be unlawful or harmful to any third-party user.

Disclaimers and Conditions

Search engine optimization is not an exact science. There is no formula to plug in that guarantees success. As such, no honest SEO company can guarantee results. At Revenue Increasers, we make no promises about how high your website will rise in search results. Depending on your target market, competition and budget, results will vary. However, we do guarantee that we will provide you the best possible service for your money.

For best results, your website should be hosted on a reliable server, constantly available and based in the country you are targeting. Revenue Increasers cannot be held liable for any slippage or unsatisfactory results should you fail to adhere to our suggestions. In addition, Revenue Increasers cannot be held responsible for any problems or additional costs that may arise due to errors made by third parties, or failure to maintain a current copy of your website.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our work, we invite you to notify us within 30 days from the date of payment. If we are unable to resolve your concerns, we may be able to offer you a line of credit which can be applied to another project. This credit will depend on the nature of your complaint as well as the current state of the project.

Revenue Increasers maintains exclusive copyright for all files, images, text and intellectual property created by our company until six months after we deliver the final product to our client. If there is a payment dispute within six months of delivery, Revenue Increasers reserves the right to seize any and all materials or files received by the client. Until the six month period has elapsed, all clients agree not to modify or distribute any content, files or other materials received from Revenue Increasers unless given our written consent.

Our reasoning behind this is to ensure that there are no surprises when it comes to our work; please, feel free to view our work and consult with us before making any purchases.

Chargebacks

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a bank or credit card company, we will immediately freeze work on your SEO, marketing or web design project until the issue is resolved. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees assessed against us by the bank or credit company), plus any outstanding balances, must be paid in full before we resume work on your project or continue with any services.
